Order*, assembly and payments...

We will meet to discuss your order. You will be provided with an invoice. Once your payment or down-payment is received, you will have 5 days to cancel the order. If you do not cancel within 5 days, the order is placed and the mounting and/or framing process begins. 

Once the assembly is complete, you will be contacted (by email or phone). The second payment (balance owing if applicable) is due when you arrive at my studio to pick up your completed order. Due to seasonal volume or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a slight delay in the completion of your order. At Puzzle Assembly, we do appreciate your patience during these times.

Framing by Puzzle Assembly...

We offer a simple, quality natural wood product called pine select for all of our framing** needs. Three finishes are available: clear (natural) or dark brown stain, or black matte with three styles of framing: flat (standard), inverted (deep-set) and boxed. Frames can be flat or rounded to create a more enhanced look. 

We can also add some decorative moulding to the frame. The plexiglass we use is lightweight and protective. All picture-hanging hardware comes with your framed item: two felt pads (to protect the wall), one or two picture hanging hooks and picture hanging wire. Puzzles and keepsakes framed by us receive a care package too including a micro-fibre cloth and hanging instructions - all of this at no cost!!! Even delivery to select GTA areas is free! **Pine laminate framing is rectangular (see picture above) and comes in the following sizes: 0.85" X 1.7" (up to 1,500 pieces), 0.85" X 2.75" (for 2,000 to 5,000 pieces) and 0.85" X 3.75" (5,000 - 9,000 pieces).
